TOGETHER WITH that part of the West ~ of the Southwest ~
of the Southwest ~ of Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 39
East, lying Southeasterly of the Florida East Coast Railroad
(Foct Pierce Cut-Off) right of way.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the properties hereby released and remised to the Company, its
successors and assigns, to its and their own pcoper use, benefit and behoof focever, free, clear and
discharged of end from any and all liens and claims under and by virtue of said Mortgage and Deed of

PROVIDED, HOWEVEA, that nothing herein. contained shall be construed to affect the
cesidue of the security held by Bankers Trust Company and Florida Ficst National Bank of Jacksonville,
