Appellant, appeals to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth
District of Florida the Supplemental Final Judgment of this
Court rendered November 27, 1979 and the Ordnr modifying the~
Supplemental Final Judgment of this Court rendered February 23, '~'
1981. The Supplemental Final Judgment pertains~to custody of
minor child, jointly-owned properties, re}iabilitative alimony
and attorney's fees, and the Order on February 23, 1981 is a
final order changing the rehabilitative alim~ny to permanent
alimony and ordering the jointly-owned property partitioned and
sold on June 26, 1981.
