REQUIRING CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before this
Honorable Court, and in accordance with evidence and sworn
testimony presented by the State,it is, therefore, ~
, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the previously entered Order
of January 23, 1980, requiring that CORNELIUS McPHALL pay child
support for one CORDELIA JOSEPHINE EMORY, born September 6, 1970,
and one ELTO CORNELIUS EMORY, born September 29, 1972, in the ~
amount of $50.00 per month, per child, be withdrawn, and that
CORNELIUS McPHALL be relieved of the responsibility to pay
any past due or future payments on said withdrawn Order.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Flor_ida, this ~Zday of March, 1981.
