P~lrchaser~ by aeceptance and execution of this Receipt,'acknowledges that this
purchase of a condominium uni~ at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLANA is sub~ect
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condomini~,me as to the condominium in
Which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, ineluding but not lim-
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration oi' ~ondominlum or re-
ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget~ copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declara~ion and Exhibits-and the Articles of Incorporation~
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Associatipn; and Purchaser further acknor~rledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Deelaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales broehure and floor
plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the oWners therein.
Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condomfnium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each an~ every provision of said Declaration and
Fxhibits attached thereto. Purchaser herebv ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aeknoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OWner's Association
h2s encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purehaser assum~~s the obligations as to the
Property OWner's Association as to his condomi^ium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property 0~,-ner's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is mad~ or intended
nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
