THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the verified Petition For
Adoption and the Court having examined the Petiton and it appearing upon the
evidence that the child is suitable for adoption, tl~at the best interests <~f
the child will be ~romoted b}~ the adoption a~3 tha~ the F~ti~iar-er
fit and proper person to adopt the child, and the Court being otherwis~
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
(1) That the Petition For Ad~~~tion be, and is hereby ordered

is the legal child of the Petitioner, ALTON DEAN MOSS ,
