the Complaint of JOSEPH F. MILLIRON, the plain~iff herein, the
defer.dant, JOAN AfILLIRON having failed to answer and her default
having been duly entered, and the proofs having been taken in
open Court, from which it satisfactorily appears to this Court
that the material facts alleged in tne Complaint are true, and
that there has heen a breakdown in the ~:arriage relationship

and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage
