dissolved accordingly, and the parties are and each o£ them
is free from the obligations thereof.
ALIMONY
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff
is not~entitled to alimony and that the alimony for the
defendant wife, JOAN MILLIRON shall be and is as set forth in
the Property Settlement Agreement.
INSURANCE PROVISION
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that any rights of
either party in any policy or contract of life endowment or
annuity insurance of tr,e other as beneficiary are hereb~ ex-
tinguished unless specifically preserved by this Judgment.
PROPERTY SETTLEMENT

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Property
Settlenent Agreement entered into between the parties hereto
on the 23rd day of JUNE , 1979, hereto attached and
made a part hereof, is hereby confirmed and approvecl and shall
constitute the Property Settlement between the parties hereto
and the same is hereby incorporated into this Judgment and
shall be effective and operate as part of this Judgment.

TT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff,
JOSEPH F. MILLIRON, shall pay to the defendant JOAN MILLIRON,
the sum of One dollar ($1) and this provisian made for said
defendant herein, shall be in lieu of her dower in the lands
of her husband, the said JOSEPH F. MILLIRON, and that he shall
hereafter hold his remaining 2ands free, clear and discharged
fr~m any such dower right or claim, and said provision shall
also be in full satisfaction of all claims that she may have on
