ALIMONY IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff is not~entitled to alimony and that the alimony for the defendant wife, JOAN MILLIRON shall be and is as set forth in the Property Settlement Agreement. INSURANCE PROVISION IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that any rights of either party in any policy or contract of life endowment or annuity insurance of tr,e other as beneficiary are hereb~ ex- tinguished unless specifically preserved by this Judgment. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT ; ; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Property Settlenent Agreement entered into between the parties hereto on the 23rd day of JUNE , 1979, hereto attached and made a part hereof, is hereby confirmed and approvecl and shall constitute the Property Settlement between the parties hereto and the same is hereby incorporated into this Judgment and shall be effective and operate as part of this Judgment. .
