PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

"Wife, and JOSEPH F. MILLIRON, hereinafter referred to as the
"Husband".
WITNESSE~H:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto are husband and wife,
having been married on the lst day of October, Z954, at the
City of Elmira, New York; and
WHEREAS, in consequence of disputes and unhappy dif-

ferences, the parties hereto have not been living as man and
wife since on or about October 25, I978; and
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1978, the Husband filed a

pending in said Court; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the parents of three

WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to reach and have
reached an amicable adjustment and settlement of th~ir propertS
