her individual right and estate and she is hereby awarded the

And the Husband hereby expressly sells, assigns,
transfers and forever relinquishes to the Wife any and all of
his right, title and interest or claim in and to the above -,

2. The Husband shall be the sole and separate owner
in his individual right and estate and he is hereby awarded the
