owner in his individual right and estate of all other insur-
ance policies of the Husband, and the Wife hereby expressly
sells, assigns, transfers and forever relinquishes to the ~

designate. The Husband hereby agrees to provide for the

. Wife medical insurance and to pay for any other medical costs

associated with the treatment of breast cancer and such ~

ol~Zigation shall terminate only upon remarriage by the Wife.
The Husband shall pay to the ~Vife the sum of One Thousand
and no/100 ($1,000.00)Dollars per month as Alir.~ony for the
support of the Wife, commencing on the date the Judgment of
! Divorce is entered in this cause and continuing until the

~~ Wife shall remarry. The amount stated above shall be in-

creased by cost of living percentage increase in Army Retire-
ment pay, if such increases are granted by the Arr.iy. The
above stated monthly payment shall be adjusted downward if
Husband's gross income from other than Army Retirement pay
drops below $49,000.00 per year. The percentage decrease to
Wife is equal to the percentage the husband's income falls
below $49,000.00 per year.
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the Husband shall pay

to the Wife an additional sum of Five Hundred and no/100
($SOO.OG)Dollars per month if the Wife is unable to work
soleiy because of inedical incapacitation rrom cancer. Not
withstanding anything to the contrary, this provision for the
$500.00 incremental amount shall not go into effect until
two (2) years from the date of final divorce, nor shall it in
