Together with all buildings. improvements, tixtures or appurtenanus now or hereafter eretted thereon or plate
therein, including all apparatus, equipment~ fixtures or articles, whether in single units or centralty controlled. used to
wpply heat. gas. air conditioning, water, light. power, refrigeration. ventilation or other servlces, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by leswrs to leasees is customary or appropriate, including

(aIi of which are intended to be and are hereby declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached
thereto or not); and also together with all easements and the rents. issues and profits of said premises which are hereby
pledged. assigned; transferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, v~rhether now due or hereafter to become due as
provided in the Supplementai Agreement setured hereby. The Morgagee is heraby subrogated to the rights of all
mortgagees. lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secur~d.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property, wilh said buildings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, appa-
ratus and equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto betonging unto said mortgagee forever. for the uses
herein set torth, free from all rights and benefits under the homestead, exemption and valuation laws of any state,
which said rights and benefits said Mortgagor does hereby release and waive.
SUBJECT TO all the covenants and obligations oi the Mortgagor to the Mort9agee, as contained in a supple-
mental agrgement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to said note and
wpptemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby intorporated herein as fully
as if written out verbatim herein. and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida Statutes. in Official Record Book
