ORDER^APPROVING SETTLEMENT
THIS CAUSE coming before the Court upon the sworn Petition
of MICHAEL LAW, as next friend and natural guardian of the minor
Plaintiff, SHAWN P. LAW, and MICHAEL LAW, individually, and the Court
having considered the record, heard the testimony regarding the facts
and circumstances surrounding the accident which is the such matter
of this suit, examined the exhibits submitted and being fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
l. The negotiations for the settlement of this cause have
been conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance-and advise
of their respective counsel of record with diligence and caution,
so as to fairly compensate the minor Plaintiff;
2. The sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) is to
be paid by the Defendants to MICHAEL LAW, as natural guardian and
next friend of the minor Plain*iff, SHAWN P. LAW, as settlPment in
favor of the said minor Plaintiff, for his damages and has said
settler;ient is hereby ratified and approved;
3. The amount in controversy, tne parties, the subjPct
matter of the said cause, and all other jurisdictional facts are

found to be within the authority and jurisdiction of this Court;
