FINAL JUDGEMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned Judge
of the above-styled Co~,~rt upon the issues and the record, a jury having
been expressly waived by the parties; and, the Court finding that
it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of the parties; and
having reviewed and approved the Petition sub~initted by MICHAEL LAW,
as next friend of the minor Plaintiff, S~IAWN P. LAW, and having heard
the evidence and th~ discussion of counsel for the respective oarties,
and having approved the sett~ement in favor of the Plaintif and against
the Defendants; and being fully advised in the premises it is
thereupon, upon consideration therof,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the P~aintiff, SHAWN P. LAW,
a minor, suing by his next friend and natural.guardian, MICNI,EL LA~J,
shall have and recover of and from *_lie Defendants, ELIGA ARTHtJS
COLLISON and STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, the
sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00); and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that MICHAEL LAW,
ir.~?~ua~ly, shall have and recover of and from the Defendants, ELIGA
ARTHUS COLLISON and STATE FARM :NUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY,
the sum of Eighty-five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00).
