SATISFACTION OF Fl~1NAL JUDGMENT AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That MICHAEL LAW, ind?_vidually and as natural guardian
and next friend of SHAWN P. LAW, does hereby acknowledge full payment
of the Final Judgment heretofore entered in said cause; and, the
Flaintiff does hereby reque5t and dirz~~ the Clerk ~i ~i~e auc~ve-
entitled Court to cance and satisfy of record the Final Judgment
heretofore entered in said cuase; and
That MICHAEL LAW, acting in his several capacities as
natural guardian and next friend of the minor Plaintiff, SHAWN P.
LAW, and individually, does hereby, in consideration of the total
sun~ of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to them in hand paid in
accordance with the require.ents of said Final Judgment, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release and
forever discharge the Defendants, ELIGA ARTHUS COLLISON and STATE
FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, and all persons, firms
or other corporations in privity with them of and from the said
Final Judgment rendered in the said cause, in all manners of
action, causes of action, and damages, past, present and future
belonging to or sustained by, the Plaintiffs in said cause, on
account of any and all injuries now known or hereinafter known resulting
of and from the accident which'occurred on or about April 16, 1980,
