Comes now the Plaintiffs, JACK ~ISHER, ~ndividually and as
parent and natural guardian of ADRIENNE FISHER~ a minor child,
and the Defendants, PETER N. JENNINGS, SHIRLEY E. JENNINGS and
PEERLESS INSURANCE GROUP, by and through'their undersigned ~
attorneys, and hereby stipulate and agree to a compulsory physicalll
examination of the minor plaintiff,~ADRIENNE FISHER~ under and in ~'!
accordance with Rule 1.360, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
Said physical examination shall be performed bv Juan Carlos
Giachino, M.D., a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, whose pro-
f essional office address is 616 North 7th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450, for the minor PZaintiff's complaints of cosmetic
'; scarring and disfigurement; and by John B. Sullivan, M.D., ar '
