FINAL JUDGMENT
TH~S ACTION was tried before the Court on March 3,
1981. On the evidence presented, the Court finds and determines
as follows: .
In Case No. 77-325, CountII, Plaintiff Brownlee and
Associates, Inc. is seeking damages for slander of title.
Count I of this same case is an action to quiet Plaintiff's title
and is now moot, since Plaintiff has lost title to this real estate
in a foreclosure action. The individual Plaintiff, Jerome F..
Brownlee~, in Case No. 77-100 and Case No. 76-1229, brought an action
for recovery of monies owed on an employment contract. The parties
have stipulated in open court that the amount due on these claims
from the Defendant to the individual Plaintiff is $10,434.48.
