O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's
riotion for Leave to Amend its Amended Comolaint, and this Court
having considered said motion, and the second amended complaint
b~ing attached thereto, and it appearing to this Court that the
Plaintiff had originally pled his entitlement to attorney's fees,
and made a demand therefore, and it further appearing that the
Defendant did have notice of the Plaintiff's prayer for attorney's

ORD~RED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff be granted leave to amend its complaint to
seek an award of attorney's fees in addition to the other relief
sought.
2. That the Defendant shall have 10 days to file any responsive
pleading to the amended complaint, should the Defendant elect to do so.
3. The Court finds that the Plaintiff's Motion for Default is
still technically outstanding at this time and said Motion is hereby
denied.
