NOW COMES the Plaintiff, MICHAEL P. LESNIAK, upon his
Motion to Compel Discovery and/or Grant Sanctions, the Court having heard
the argument of counsel, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion is qranted.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant within ~-days
of the signing of this Order produce in the office of the Plaintiff's
Attorney any and all files in his possession with resFect to his
construction of the home of Forrest Beckett and Forrest Beckett's care-
takers home, the home of Robert Ewing. It is further
ORDERED A,~ID ADJUDGED that the Defendant F~ithin (10 ) ten days
of the signing of this Order resn~nd to Interrogatories 9 and 15,
Plaintiffs first set of Interrogatories to the Defeiidant, with saecificity.
Defendant in his response to Interrogatories 9 and 15 is to elaborate
to the fullest extent of his knowledge. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant is to respond to
InterrogatorieG 21 and 22, Plaintiffs first set of Interrogatories to
the Defendant within ten (10) days of the signing of this Order, with
specificity. In responding to Interrogatories 21 a:~d 22, Defendant is
charged with the knowledge of his attorneys and his agents.
