Plaintiff, and it appearing to the Court that a Default was duly
and regularly entered on the llth day of March, 1981, and the
Plaintiff having filed an Affidavit as proof of the sums due and
unpaid, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED tha-t the Plaintiff, TAYLOR & MUNNELL
MACHINE WORKS, INC., do have and recover fror.l the Defendant,
RICHARD D. MACY, the sum of $4,160.00, plus interest at the rate
stated on the account of 18% per annum, to the date of this
