Personally before me appeared Jeffrey Scott, Jr., who is known to me to be the
same, and who under oath stated that:
1. On this date he purchased the following described real property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida: Lot S, Block 24, Sunland Gardens, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
2. Hr is twenty-one (21) years of age;
3. He is not the J. Scott, Jr., against whose name a Federal Tax Lien for
non-payment of 1961 income tax in the assessed amount of $192.70 was recorded in Official
Records Book 56, Page 561, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. _
