13. The Owner agrees to execute and deliver to the
Lender, at any time or times during which this Assignment is
in effect, such further instruments as the Lender may deem
necessary to make effective this Assiqnment and the various
covenants, obligations and agreements of the Owner contained
herein.
14. No change, amendment, modification, cancellation
or discharge hereof, or of any part thereof, shall be valid
unless the Lender shall have consented thereto in writing.
''15. The terms, covenants and conditions contained
herein shall be biriding upon the Owner, its successors and
assigns and all subsequent owners of the Premises and shall
inure to the benefit of the Lender, its successors and
assigns and all subsequent holders of the Mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owner has caused this Assignment
to be duly executed as oF the day and year first above
