successors and assigns until such time as the indebtedness
evidenced by a certain Issuer' s Note dated N1 .~ (~ ; ~~ ,•J 7/ ,
1981, issued by the Issuer to the Len~er in the pri cipa
amount of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($1,830,000.00) pursuant to the terms of the Issuer's Loan
Agreement has been paid in full, for the purpose o£ securing
(a) the payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Issuer's
~Iote, together with interest thereon, (b) the payment of
all other sums which may become due and payable to the
Lender under the provisions of the Mortgage Note, this
Assignment, the Issuer's Loan Agreement and any other documents
collateral thereto and (c) the performance and the observance
of all of the other covenants and obligations of the Owner
and the Issuer under the Issuer's Note, the Issuer's Loan
Agreement and any other documents collateral thereto.
If the Issuer pays or causes to be paid, or there shall
otherwise be paid, the entire principal sum of and interest
on the Note and all other amounts payable to the Lender by
the Issuer pursuant to the t~rms of the Issuer's Loan Agree-
ment, this Assignment shall become and be void and of no
further force and effect and,~in that event, the Lender
shall deliver the Mortgage,~ the Mortgage Note, the Assign-
ment of P.ents and the Assignment and Pledge of Housing
Assistance Payments to the Issuer which in turn shall return
same to the O~rner. •
This assignment is made without recourse to the Issuer,
its successors or assigns. ~ -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Issuer has duly exeucted this
