other tangible personal property now or hereafter owned or
acquired by the Debtor and now or hereafter located in or
installed on the real property suitate, lying and~being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, which is more particularly described
in Exhibit 8, or now or hereafter located or installed at or
in any other improvement on said real property or elsewhere
at o~ on said real property, together with aII accessories
and parts now attached to or used in connection with any
such property or which may hereafter at any time be placed
in or added thereto and also any and all replacements and
proceeds of any such property; and further
All lumber, cement blocks, bricks, steel, pipes, conduits
and all other building materials of every kind including,
but not limited to, all furnishings, fixtures, appliances
and equipment and all heating and air conditions equipment
(including all furnaces, boilers, plants, units, equipment,
_ systems, condensers, compressors, motors, ducts, and apparatus)
all radio, television, entertainment and communication
equipment and systems, ranges, ovens, fans, refrigerators,
, water heaters, drinking fountains, washers, dryers, carpets,
~~carpet pads, drapes, curtains, blinds, cornices, mirrors and
garbage disposal chutes, equipment and recepticals now or
hereafter owned or acquired by Debtor and now or or hereafter
located in or installed on said property described in Exhibit
B, together with all accessories and parts now attached to
or used in connection with any of such property or which may
hereafter at any time be placed in or added thereto and also
any and all replacements, products and proceeds thereof.
