ASSIGNMENT OF SECURITY.AGREEMENT

THIS ASSIGNMENT made this ,~ day of ~/ :_~ ~-~, ,
1981, by FORT PIERCE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (hereinafter
called "Issue~") to FIRST HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF
FLORIDA (hereinafter called "FHDC").
W I T N E S S E T H:
That in consideration of FHDC making a loan in_the
principal amount of 51,830,000.00 to Issuer in connection
with the financing of the ORANGEWOOD APARTMENTS PROJECT, a
low income housing project financed under the provisions of
Section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as
amenc~ed, and regulations adopted pursuant thereto by the
United States of America, Department of Housing and Urban
Development, to wit: 24 CFR Part 811, and as additional
security therefore, Issuer hereby assigns tc FHDC that
certain Security Agreement of even date herewith from
Orangewood Village, Ltd., a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Issuer has dul~y executed this
