Upon acceleration undec paragraph 17 hereof or abandonment ot the Property, l,ender shall be entitled to have a
receive~ appointed by a couct to enter upon, take possess+on of and manag~ the Property a~d !o collecl the rent3 of the
Property including those past due. All cents collect;,*d by the receiver shall be applied ficst to payment of the costs of
manaRement of the Property and collection of rents, including, but not limited to. ceceiver's fees, premiums on receiver's
bonds and reasonable attorneys' tees. and then to the sums secured by this Mortgagc. 7'he receiver shall be liable to ac-
count only for those rents actually received.
20. Rdease. Upon payment of all sums serured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without
charge to l3orrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
21. AttoraeYs' Fea. As used in this Mongage and in the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include attorneys' fees, if any,
which may be awarded by an appellate court.
