(a) A sum equal to the ground rents, i! any, next due, plus the premiums that wil: next become due and payable
on policies of 5re and other hazard insurence covering the mortgaged property, plus taxes and assessments
next due on the mortga~ed property (all as estimated by the ~iortgaqee and of which the hiortgagor is
noti6ed) less all sums already pa~d therefor divided by the m~mber of months to elapse before one month
prior to the date when such ground rents, premiums, taxes, and assessments will become delinquent,

(b) The aggregate of the amounts payable pursuant to subparagraph (a) and those payable on the note secured

(II) interest on t6e note secured hereby; and
