RESOLUTION N0. 81-32
SATISFACTION OF LIEN
~ (hospital
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners or St. Lucie County
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of Florida,
1965, on the 5th day of July, 1968, filed a lien against any
property owned by GEORGE C. BROWW, 3008 Carver Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, in the amount of $528.98, said lien being recorded in OR
Book 172 at page 1765 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and
NHEREAS, on the 8th day of December, 1969, another lien was
filed against GEORGE C. BROWN, 3008 Carver Street,'Fort Pierce,
Florida, in the amount of 5895.18, said lien being recorded in OR
Book 181 at page 1530 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and
'~tHEREAS, said liens have been paid in full and should be dis-
charged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of C-ounty Commiss-
ioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in r.ieeting assembled this 17th
day of March, 1981, that said Board does hereby acknowledge the
payment and satisfaction of said liens and ~lt"PC~s the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of said County to c3ncel the same of record.
