NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment
of Fereclosure dated March 16, 1981, entered by the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, the~docket number of which
is 81-45 CA;~~~herein First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce, a corporation organized and existing under the ~
laws of the UnitEd States of America, is plaintiff, and Dalton K.
Garrett; Bernie Thames and Alexandria Thames, his wife; and C. R.
Ashley, d/b/a Taylor Ashley, are defendants, I, ROGER POITRAS,
Clerk of said Court, will, on Tuesday, April 7, 1481, at 11:59 A.M.,
or as soon thereafter as the sale may be held, sell to the highest
