WHEREAS, ISLAND PARTNERS, INC., a Florida corporation,
individually and doing business as ISLAND PARTNERS JOINT
VENTURE, a Joint Venture, and HUTCHINSON ~SLAND PROPERTIES,
INC., a Florida corporation, individually and doing business
as ISLAND PARTNERS JOINT VENTURE, a Joint Venture, Mortgagors,
by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 27th day of August,
1980, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida,
in Official Record•s Book 337 at page 1836, mortgaged unto
MANUFACTURERS HANOVER MORTGAGE CORPORATION
and assigns, Mortgagee, the premises therein particularly
described to secure the payment of the sum of
Three Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($3,300,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned:
