Borrower and Lender aqree that all references to the Property~ Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be consvued to mean the Property, Borrower~ Lender and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: 21. Future Advances. Upon request by Botrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secure~i by this Mortgage when ev;denced by promissory notes stating that said notes aze secured hereby.
