through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master farm of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the page as follows: ~

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19~ 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender aqree that all
references to the Property~ Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be consvued to mean the Property, Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Botrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secure~i by this Mortgage when ev;denced by promissory notes stating that said
notes aze secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gaqe~ not including sums advanced in accordance he~Ov~h to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US $ -
