This cause cominq cn before me upon ~efendants'
mation for compulsory physical and the court being fully
ac~vised, it is
ORDERED AP7D ADJUDGED as f ol lows :
1. ~i`hat the Plaintiff, MARJORIE R. F,ARI3AGE, submit
to a physical examination by Dr. James Cain on i~:arch 27,
iast~ a+ ~n-~n a_m_ at his offices at 130 - 36th Street,
(near the new hospital), Vero Beach, Florida. Said examina-
tion to be of such a nature as is necessary to determine
the extent and nature of injuries allegedly sustained by
the Plaintiff, t~iARJORIE R. ~-:ARt~AGE, at the time and place
and on the occasion mentioned in the complaint filed in
this cause.
2. ihat the results of this examination sha12 i~e reported
by said doctor to the ~efendants in writing in a detailed
manner setting out his findings and conclusions. If requested
by Plaintiff, Defendant shall promptly furnish Plaintiff
with a copy of such report and PZaintiff shall thereupon
or tnereafter as the case may ~e, promptly furnish Defen-
dants with a like report or reports of examinat.ion relating
to the same injuries previously or.~ther~after made by any
other physician.
3. Z•he cost of said examination in the first instance
shall be borne by the i:efendants, subject to being taxed
in accordance with the outcome of tliis cause.
