POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESETNS:
, That I, Ruth W. ~lawkins, af Fort Pierce,
Florida, do hereby make, constitute~ana appoint my sister,
Jeannette W. Andrews, of West Palm Beach, Florida, my true
and lawful attorney, for me to act in, manage and conduct
all my affairs, and for that purpose Z hereby give to my
said attorney full power and authority in my name to do
all things necessary or proper in respect of the following
matters and to :?o and~execute all or any of the following
acts, deeds and things:

and give proper receipts and releases for all sums of money,
debts, demands and property of every kind which are or shall
be due, owing or belonging to me or detained from me by
any person, firm or cor~oration.
2. To deposit in any bank, trust company or
savings and loan association sele~ted by her, in my name,
all moneys, negotiable instruments ar~d other securities
for money payable or belonging to me, ar.d for that purpose
to sign my name and endorse the same for deposit or coll-
ection, ar-d from time to time to withdraw any and alI
moneys so deposited an3 for that purpose to sign checks
and withdrawal flr~ers in my name.
3. To receive the dividends upon corporate
•stocks, the interest upon personal, corporate and govern-
mental promissory notes and bonds, and the mcneys payable
