or re•~-amption of any such securities and other moneys pay-
able thereon, which arL or shall be at any time payable to
me.
4. To sell or to exchange any shares of stocks,
bonds or securities of any corporation, association, trust,
municipality or government which may at any time stand in my
name or belong to me, in such manner, at such prices and
upon such terms and conditions as she may consider proper,
to receive and receipt for the purchase price of property
received in exchange therefor, to sign any transfers or
instruments of assignment that may be required tc effect
the transfer, sale or exchange and to deliver the same, to-
gether with the securities sold, transferred or exchanged,
to the purchaser ar transferee or his agent.
5. To attend and vote at any stockholders'
meetings of any corporation in which I may at any time hold
stock and to take such action as may in my interes~ as
fully as I could do if personally present, and for this
purpose to sign and execute any proxies or other instruments
appointing ar.y person or p~rsons my proxy.
6. To se21, transfer, exchange and deliver any
personal property owned by me, wherever situated, at such
times, in such manner, for such prices and upon such te~s
and conditions as she may consider proper and for that pur-
pose to execute, acknowledge and deliver bills of sale and
any other instruments required to effect such sale, trans-
fer or exchange.
