over all my real property, wherever situated, to pay taxes
an3 assessments levied thereon, insurance premiums and all
other expenses incurred ~n connection therewith out of funds
belonging to me; to sell and convey any of my real prop-
erty at such times, for such prices, in such manner and
upon sueh terms and conditions as she may consider proper
and far that purpose to execute proper deeds anc! convey-
ances of the sa,~ne, either with or without covenants and
~arranties, and any other instruments re~uired tc effect
such ~ales and conv2yances.
8. To borrow money and for that purpose to
execute prom.issor~T notes and mortgages upon any real prop-
erty oWned by r*te as security for the payment of such notes
or other debts awing by me. .
9. To invest the proceeds of any sales of my
securities or other propert~ and any other moneys belong-
in~ to me in such bonds, shares of stock and other secur-
ities, ~n such other forms of personal property anc} in such
rEal property as she in her a.iscretion shall cons~.der
pr~per, and from time to time to vary my investments and
