Beginning at the SW corner of the W 1/2 of thE S[J 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Tow-~ship 35 South, Range
40 F.ast, run N. along the quarter section line for a distance
of 25 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue N for a
distance of 250 feet; thence run in an easterly direction for
a distance of 2$0 feet; thence rur. in a southerly direction on `
a line parallel with the section line for a distance of 250 feet
to a point on the N right of wa_y line of Waterplant Road;
said point being 25 feet N of the c~uarter section line running ;
along said Waterplant Road; thence run in a westerly direction
for a distance of 280 feet to the point of beginning. '
