of breach of contract, the tort of misrepres~eritation, and the
Plaintiffs' entitlement to compensatory ar.d punitive damages,
and pursuant to the verdict rendered in this action on ?iarch 20, '
1981, wherein a duly impaneled jury entered a verdict signed by
the foreperson, Dennis I~icWade, finding in favor of the Defendants
and against the Plaintiffs, pursuan* to said verdict rendered in
this action, it is,
