DECREE This cause, which has been regularly matured, docketed and set for hearing, came on this day to be heard upon the Bill of Complaint, Answer and ,Cross-Bill and Answer to Cross-Bill; upon proof of proper and legal service of process upon the defendant~ upon the depositions of witnesses on behalf of the plaintiff regularly taken after proper and legal notice to the defendant and filed in accordance with law; and was argued by counsel for the plaintiff and the defendant. Jerinings 3lld over the agre of eighteen years, that the plaintiff and the defendant are and have been actual bona fide residents of the State of Virginia for a period of more than six months next preceding the co~r.mencement of this suit; tt~at the plaintiff and defendant last cohabited as husband and wife in the County of Chesterfield, Virginia; that the plaintiff and the defendant have lived se~arate and apart from each other without cohabitation and . without interruption since August S, 1978; and that the plaintiff is e~~titled to the relief prayed for in his Bi11 of Complaint. Therefore, the Court doth ADJUDGE, ORDER and DECREE that the plaintiff, Allen Roy Oakley be and he is hereby absolutely•divorced from the defendant, Elisabeth Trinkleback Oakley from the bond of matrimony on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without interruption and without any cohabitation for a period of more than one year next preceding nt- a;;`~c3~~. e~cE ~7'~'
