Together with all buildings, improvements, f~xtures or appur.tenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed
therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtiues or articles, whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to
wpply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or other services, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors to leasees is customary or appropriate, inciuding
screens, windo~v shades, storm door; and windows, floor coverings, screen doars, awnings, stoves and water heaters
(all of which are intended to 't~e and are nereby declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically atiached
thereto or not1; and also together with all easements and the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby
pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as
provided +~ the Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. fhe Mortgagee is hereby wbrogated to the rights of all
mortgaqees, lienholders and owners paid off by the prceeeds of the loan hereby secured.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLO the said property, with said bu~ldings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, appa-
ratus and equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto belong~ng unto said mortgagee foreve~, fur the uses
herein set forth, fre2 from all rig~,ts ar,d benefits under the homestead, exemption and vafuation laws of any state,
which said rights and benefits said Mortgagor dces hereby release and waive.
SUBJECT TO all of the covenants and obligations of the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a wpple-
mental agreement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to said note and
supplementa.! agreement for tt~e fuH terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby incorporated herein as fully
as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded purwant to 695.02, Fiorida Statutes, in Officiat Record Book 349
