PETITIOI~ FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The undersigned, as personal representatives of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedeiit, Douglas E. Mullins, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 29th day of July,
1977, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioners
on August 25, 1977.
2. Petitioners file herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service o~ Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representatives.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other dispositior~ of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tatives are:

5. Petitioners have filed all required estate tax re-

with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
