8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent including
exempt property, be distributed to the surviving spouse of the
decedent, O. ELFREIDA TURNER, 1754 Oakton, Des Plaines, IL.
9. Petitioners are unaware of anv unrevoked will nr ~~~3i~;~
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10.
10. A certified copy of the original last will of the decedent,
dated July 8, 1974, accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be admitted

distribution of the assets in the estate in 'accordance with the
