6. The Motion to Compel Discovery is granted, wi[h
the Defendaat being given ten (10) days in which to file
responses to the Interrogatories and make the necessary
production.

7. If the Defendant shall fail to comply with the
Order Discovery within ten (10) days, an attorneys' fee of
Fifty Dollars~($50,00) shall be assessed and imposed against
the Defendant. ~
