THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard before me on
March 10, 1981, upon Motion of the Cross-Defendants to tax
attorney fees, and this Court finding that Cross-Defendants
are prevailing parties in an actiori under Part 1, Florida
Statute Chapter 713, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is upon consideratioii: ~
ADJUDGED that STUAR'I' SOD, INC., a Florida corporation,
shall pay to JOSEPH PIAZZA and LUCY PIA~ZA, his wife, as
attorney fees in this action- $250.00, for which let execution
issue.
