That this cause be dismissed as to Defendant Fiorida Home
Finders, 7nc.. The cause of action shall remain pending against
Defendants Richard L. Dood:~in, d/b/a Goodwin and Sons, Inc., and
d/b/a Goodwin Brc~thers and is set for trial in accordance with
the order setting trial heretofore f' ~. ~
