ORDER ON PRETRIAL CONFERENCE
Pretrial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
1. The Plaintiff, MENTAL NEALTH BOARD N0.9, INC., is a
non-profit corporatzon statutorily created pursuant to
Chapter 394 Part IV of the Florida Statutes for the purpose
of overseeing and coordinating the community mental programs
for the counties of Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm
Beach and St.Lucie.
2. The Def~ndant, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ST.L[;CIE
COUNTY, is the local governi;~g body of St.Lucie County.
3. The Defendant has refused to fund emergency alcohol
detoxification services rendered St.Lucie County residents
at the Indian River Community Mental Health Center.
(2) EVIDENCE Documentary and other evidence listed and presented
at the Pretrial Conference shall be admitted into evidence without
objection except as herein b21ow reserved.
(a) Defendant has reserved materiality and relevancy to all
exhibits listed in Plaintiff's Pretrial Statement with the
exception of Exhihit No.~ (Miami Ner~lc~ article dated Kovember ~
27, 1979) to which the Defendar,t reserves hearsa~~.
