(a) Plaintiff shall have seven (7) days from the date of
this Order to amend the Complaint to narrow the issue before
tne ~ourt as set torth in Plaintiff's Pretrial Statement.
(b) Defendant shall have seven (7) days from the date the
Amended Complaint is served to answer the Amended Complaint.
(c) Both Plaintiff and Defendant shall submit a legal~Memo-
randum to this Court on or before ten (10) days from the date
of this Order.
(d) Disco~ery shall be left open to and including five (5)
days prior to trial.
(e) The parties may amend the Witness and Exhibits List on or
before seven (7) days prior to trial.
~(4) EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by either party.
(5) WITNESSES: Only those witnesses~listed at the Pretrial Conference
and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify,
except the parties "themselves and impeacliment witnesses.
Either party may call any witness listed by ary other party.
