THIS CAUSE came on to be heard for a Pre-TriaZ Conference
on March 11, 1981. at that time, several Motions were presented
~by counsel of record.for this Court's determination. HavinQ
given consideration to the Motions presented and the respective
argiunent of counsel in support of their respective positions,
it is , •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The Defendants' Motion for an Indep~ndent Orthopedic
Evaluation is hereby granted, ar.d Dr. John B. Sullivan is hereby
designated to examine the Plaintiff. This appointmen~ is to
be scheduled as soon as possible with Dr. Sullivan's narrative
report to be made available to counsel of record for the Plain*_iff
by no later than April l, 1981.

(2) Plaintiffs shall hat-e until April 1, I981 within which
to co~r~ply with the remaining items se~ out ir~ Defendants' initial
Notice to Produce. If compliance is not forthcoming by that
deadline date, this Court will consider any applicable sanctions
which may be deemed appropriate.
(3) Plaintiffs shall have until April 1, 1981 within wtiich
to answer Defendants' Supplemental set of Interrogatories as well
as comply with Gefendants' Supplemental Notice to Produce.
