the Plaintiff's home environ;nent is hereby granted so long as
said ir_spection lasts for a period of no longer than one hour and
seven days advance noticE of the inspection is provided to counsel
far the Plaintiffs.
(~) Plaintiffs' Motion t~ require Defendants to produce
the ~egatives of the photograph=taken by their traffic reconscructian
expert is h~reby granted, and Defendants are hereby required to
supp~y said negatives to coiinsel for the Plaintiffs within ten (10)
day s from the date o~ t his Order if said negatives are in actuality
available.
(6) This Court reserves ruling on Plaintiffs' Motion to
aermit the jury to take a view of the accident scene. The final
ruling in this regard will be made during the course of the trial
after this Court has heard the evidence to be presented on the
liability issue.
