ORDER OF DISMISSAL
ALL UNDERLINED the above styled cause having come on for
hearing upon Motion For Dismissal, and the court being fully advised
of the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above complaint for temporary
and permanent injunction and damages together with the complaint
for declaratory action along with the counter claim for money
damages is hereby dismissed with prejudice with each party to bear
ttieir own cost, including a reasonable attorney fees.
