of record, and hereby stipulate and agree that the 4vrit of Gar-
nishment heretofore served upon the Garnishee, be d_smissed and
resolved, and that the ~lerk of the Court be ordered to remit
to BRUCi C. BAILEY, Esquire~, attorney for Garnishee, the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00), iield by ~he Clerk of.Lhe Court in the Regis-
try of this Court, within ten (10) days from ti~e date of the
Order attached hereto, and further that the Garr~sihee may be
forever freed from li_ability under said t~Irit of- Garnishment.
