CLAIM OF LIEN

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FkANK H. F~E, III, who, being first duly sworn by me, says
on oath that he is attorney and agent in this behalf for
the leinor herein, EAST COAST LUMBF.R & SUPPLY COMPANY, a
Florida cor~oration, P. O. Box 79Q, Fort Pierce, Florida
33454, and that in pursuance of oral contracts now fully
executed with the following:
Fhavet Builders, Inc.

Port St. T,uc:ie, FL 3~452
said lienor furnished the following:
Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies.
for the construction of imprvvements situate on the real
property described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 147, LAKEWOOD PARK, Unit 11, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, pages 32A
thru 32D, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
said real property situate in St. Lucie Cour.ty, Florida,
and owned by Patrick R. Gagne and Theresa F. Gagne. Said
materials were of a total value of $5,371.22, including finance
charges, of which there remains unpaid $5,371.22. The first
of said materials were furnished on January 22, 1981 and
the last of--'same on February 4, 1981. A Notice to Owner
in proper form has been duly se~ved and was received on
February 6, 1981, and the lienor has otherwise properly complied
with all provisions of Chapter 713, Florida Statutes.
